Nice place with friendly staff, fast wi-fi, and a tv. They even helped me with a local taxi number on my first stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing visit. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Just a good match for a couple of nights in Birmingham at a decent price. The staff at the front desk were cute. Avoid using the shower as it had an awful smell.

The value of the place was brilliant. £55 a night for 3 people. In a perfect location for the O2, 5 min walk.
Rooms are a bit basic. However for the price you cant complain.

Great location for a city break with easy access to attractions and transport. Parking priced at £7 for 24 hours is a steal for the area, allowing worry-free exploration.
The Standard Double Room squeezed you into a tiny space that felt more like a prison cell. The bed genuinely seemed like it was, especially for anyone with back issues. The shower had grime around the drain, and separate bathroom facilities were cramped enough that you might need a contortionist's skills to navigate. Expect rude awakenings at dawn from delivery trucks clamoring outside. For £100, you'd expect a lot better, but this falls flat on comfort and basic expectations.

We had a very comfortable christmas at this nice basic hotel. Our room was compact and complete with tablets and heating plus the bedroom. Marvellous and best possible location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed. Came here for one night, recommendable.

The location and the price were good for me. I only needed a bed for the night but the rooms are very, very basic, with no adornments whatsoever. A bit cell like. Even the bed was bolted down.
My only cause for concern was that there was no record of my booking on arrival. Fortunately I did have the proof to hand and there was still space.

This was great value for money, basic but everything you need for a short stay! The staff were very helpful, the hotel was clean and the continental breakfast was a nice start to the day! I would definitely stay again.
Could benefit from tea and coffee in the rooms for a bit of extra comfort.
